Gen6 x16 – x16 CDFP LLC Host Card (32-lane Switch)
The Serial Cables Gen6 PCIe Host card features the Atlas 3 LLC fanout switch from Broadcom and provides 32 lanes of Gen6 traffic (16 upstream/16 downstream) to any PCIe Gen6 endpoint. This card has a single Gen6 x16 CDFP connector that supports DAC, ACC, AEC and AOC cables. An integrated mCPU provides simple CLI control of the switch, allowing for monitoring telemetry, link status and errors as well as configuration of clock, firmware and mode. This switch leverages PCIe 6.0 PAM-4 encoding, which is accomplished through the “Talon 5” SerDes created by Broadcom, considered the best in the industry. Signal Integrity is of paramount importance to us and it's particularly important for Gen6, and these industry-leading SerDes can achieve that for your Gen6 testing.
