Open Position: Sales Director - Northern California

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow enterprise sales with a focus on large accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Own key relationships with leading global semi-conductor and data storage companies
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and product leaders
  • Mentor and develop regional sales staff and account managers
  • Report directly to Serial Cables CEO and provide executive-level forecasting
  • Help to define strategic direction of the business
Desired Experience:
  • Significant experience in senior sales or business development roles within the leading global semi-conductor and data storage industry
  • Proven track record of driving business and behavioral change
  • Proven success managing multi-million dollar accounts and complex sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of customer procurement and technical requirements
  • Track record of leadership and strategic growth execution
