Open Position: Sales Director - Northern California
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow enterprise sales with a focus on large accounts and strategic partnerships
- Own key relationships with leading global semi-conductor and data storage companies
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and product leaders
- Mentor and develop regional sales staff and account managers
- Report directly to Serial Cables CEO and provide executive-level forecasting
- Help to define strategic direction of the business
Desired Experience:
- Significant experience in senior sales or business development roles within the leading global semi-conductor and data storage industry
- Proven track record of driving business and behavioral change
- Proven success managing multi-million dollar accounts and complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of customer procurement and technical requirements
- Track record of leadership and strategic growth execution
